For Hair

Warm 1 tablespoon of oil and apply to scalp. Leave on for 30 min - 1 hour and then wash off. Do this three times a week. It stimulates hair follicle growth and feeds your hair scalp with nutrients.

Use with other foodstuffs or on its own. Add to salads, smoothies, yoghurts, juices, or fresh vegetables. Keep refrigerated. Use within 2 months of opening. Adult dosage - 5ml (1 tsp)
