Black cumin oil is made from the seeds of the Nigella sativa plant and is a rich source of essential fatty acids (EFAs). It is used as a nutritional supplement and has powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
For Hair
Warm 1 tablespoon of oil and apply to scalp. Leave on for 30 min - 1 hour and then wash off. Do this three times a week. It stimulates hair follicle growth and feeds your hair scalp with nutrients.
Use Internally for Glowing & Youthful Skin and Hairgrowth:
Use with other foodstuffs or on its own. Add to salads, smoothies, yoghurts, juices, or fresh vegetables. Keep refrigerated. Use within 2 months of opening. Adult dosage - 5ml (1 tsp)
